Sage powder-coat, etched with the pomegranate on one side and the M Deats wordmark on the other. Double-walled, leak-proof, and quietly beautiful on a desk or in a car door.
Inside each one is a card with a link to The Sérénité Sessions — a private collection of recordings made for exactly this: something warm in your hands, ten minutes to yourself.

Forty made. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
Nobody warns you that it happens quietly. It doesn’t arrive on one dramatic morning. It shows up as a slow accumulation — the training that used to work, the food that used to sit right, the sleep that used to come easily, the body that didn’t feel puffy. Somewhere in the middle of it you realise you’re doing everything the same way… and something has still shifted. It just feels off.
What I’ve learned, both in the research and in my own body, is that this season doesn’t ask you to fight harder — even though that’s exactly how it first feels. It asks for a different kind of attention. To take a breath. To grieve the version of you that once was. To eat enough. To stop treating rest as something you have to earn. And to stop waiting to feel like your old self so you can get curious about the one you’re becoming.
That’s a lot to ask of a woman who’s already carrying everything else. So I made something small and physical to sit in the middle of it — a warm drink, ten quiet minutes, and a voice that isn’t asking you to fix anything, or google another supplement, or read the latest research.
Not a cure. Just a pause, held in your hands.
A way to connect to this new self with warmth and grace.
The card tucked inside opens a private page of recordings — short, unhurried, candid, and made to be listened to with a drink in your hands. Grounding for the morning. Something for the week when everything feels harder. And one where I simply talk, honestly, about what this season feels like — in my experience, anyway.
No app to download. No sign-up. Just a link that’s yours to keep, and to use when you need a quiet reminder that you’re allowed to stop and just be here.
I ordered these because I wanted something of this work to exist off a screen. They’re sitting in my office in Christchurch, and I’ll wrap and post each one myself.
If you’re in this season and it’s been a while since anyone made you something, consider this that.
